摘要
会展旅游是当今世界旅游业发展的一个重要方向,是一个蕴涵巨大价值的旅游项目,是都市旅游不可或缺的一部分。哈尔滨会展旅游发展具备诸多优势,具体体现在得天独厚的区位条件,迅猛发展的城市经济,便利的交通、邮电、通信条件,丰富的旅游资源及基础设施保障等方面。但哈尔滨会展旅游同时又有着认知程度不够,市场调控乏力,会展场馆布局不合理,从业人员素质不高等问题。对此,应充分发挥政府和行业协会的功能,建立健全相应的管理机构,积极整合资源,合理规划产业布局,使哈尔滨的会展旅游走上可持续发展轨道。
MICE tourism which contains great value represents the development direction of the tourism industry in today＇s world and it is an integral part of urban tourism. Harbin has many advantages in the development of MICE tourism, such as the unique location, the rapid development of urban economy, the convenient transportation, telecommunications and communications, the rich tourism resources and the infrastructure protection. But low cognitive degree,weak market regulation,unreasonable distribution of exhibition venues,low quality of employees consist exist in Harbin MICE tourism. In order to make the MICE tourism in Harbin step on sustainable development track, We should make the government and industry association play full function, establish and improve the corresponding management institutions, actively integrate resources, reasonably plan industry layout.
