摘要
学报编辑能力的高低,直接影响学报的质量和水平。学报编辑的专业能力主要是学科研究的专业能力和编辑学的专业能力,也就是对于专业领域研究成果的综合评判能力和对于编辑活动规律的掌握以及编辑技能的熟练运用能力。提高学报编辑专业能力的途径是学习和实践。
The level of editing capabilities directly affects the quality of the journals. Journal Editor＇s expertise is mainly academic research expertise and editorial expertise, which is also the capabilities of comprehensive evaluation on research results of the expertise areas and the capabilities to use skilled on editing skills. The way to improve the capacity of journal editors is learning and practice.
