摘要
根据灰色关联度的基本原理,建立了不同水域VTS监控效果评价的模型。该模型不需要大量复杂完备的数据,计算简洁。应用该关联度模型评价了4个VTS水域的监控效果,给出了监控效果的排序。
Based on basic principle of the Grey Relation, evaluation model for services of different VTS areas was estabished, which required no abundant or complete details, no complex calculation. Services of 4 VTS areas were evaluated in means of the model with sequencing VTS monitoring effects. The valuation result may provide references for comparation of lateral units.
