摘要
以就业困境下高校教育运作"就业导向机制"的形成为切入点,以中医药院校普遍开设的学科专业为研究对象,分析其职业特点的共性,与体育课程中具备相应职业要素的项目进行耦合分析,建立了职业技能化的体育课程改革体系的模型,提出了课程改革的构想及操作建议,得出了在平衡中医药院校体育总体发展目标的基础上可以进行局部的、补充型的职业技能化体育课程改革的结论。
