摘要
通过文献资料、综合分析等研究方法对青奥会举办过程中的政府职能问题进行了探讨。对政府的政治、经济、文化、社会职能及青奥会的相应价值进行了分析,并指出了政府在青奥会相应价值方面的应有作为。分析了奥运会举办过程中政府职能中出现的"政府失灵"和"市场失灵"及北京奥运会"政府+市场"模式对南京青奥会的启示,在此基础上提出了南京青奥会"政府主导、市场运营"的职能模式,在举办青奥会的过程中政府要践行导向、组织规划、组织协调、监督管理等方面的职能。
The literature, a comprehensive analysis and other research methods will be held on the Olympic Green in the process of government functions and issues discussed. The governmentg political, economic, cultural, social functions and the corresponding value of the Youth Olympic Games were analyzed, and that the Government in the Olympic Green area should be a corresponding value.
