汽车事故数据记录装置的应用及标准化展望 被引量:6

摘要 汽车事故数据记录装置对于复现事故状况和分析事故成因有重要意义。本文以车载事故数据记录装置结构和工作原理为基础,重点阐述了该装置对事故调查的作用和对交通安全的意义;调研该装置在汽车安全水平较高的欧美地区的应用和研究现状,并通过与其他车载纪录装置的对比,初步明确国家应鼓励发展汽车事故数据记录装置的战略方向;展望了事故数据记录技术在我国的应用前景及标准化路线,并对推进中可能遇到的问题做出了预测和初步应对。 The Event Data Recorders(EDR)on motor vehicles has significance for road accident reconstruction and causes analysis. In this article, the discussion about EDR' s role and importance of road accident investigation is done based on the equipment structure and working mechanism of the onboard data recorder. With the understanding of the implementation of EDR in the US and Europe with higher vehicle safety, the strategy orientation of developing EDR in China is proposed to be primarily set, after the comparison among the different recording equipments. Afterwards the EDR application outlook and standardization tendency are made. The potential challenges during the promotion are forecasted and the solutions are drafted as well.
