摘要
以玉米为实验材料,研究不同浓度的油菜素内酯(BR)、拉肖皂苷元(LA)及拉肖皂苷C(LG-C)对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同处理浓度对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长有显著差异,浓度为0.05 mg/L的LA、LG-C对种子萌发及幼苗生长有明显的促进作用,处理后幼苗的生物学产量增加,并且3种化合物呈现低浓度促进、高浓度抑制玉米幼苗生长的活性,适宜浓度的LA、LG-C处理对玉米的生长有促进作用。
Took maize as test material, effects of different concentrations Brassinolide and Laxogenin and Laxogenin con seed germination and seedling growth of maize were studied. The results showed that seed germination and seedlings growth of maize had difference in different concentrations, biological yield of maize increased in 0.05 mg/L of Laxogeninand Laxogeninand C. all presented that low concentration increased the Laxogenin and Laxogenin C, and all the three hormones were growth and high concentration inhibited the growth of maize. These result indicated that appropriate hormone treatment could help maize seedlings growth.
