摘要
目前发达国家和地区职业教育与高等教育沟通的主要模式有三种:一是以俄罗斯为代表的职普高等教育单向沟通模式;二是以美国为代表的职普高等教育双向沟通模式;三是以我国台湾地区为代表的职普高等教育交汇沟通模式。借鉴其经验,我国大陆地区应提升高职教育层次,建立与普通高等教育平行的高等职业教育体系,并加强两个体系间的衔接;设置过渡课程,促进职普高等教育的实质沟通与衔接。
At present,in developed countries and regions,the main models of communication between vocational and gen. eral higher education include the following three kinds： the unidirectional communication model represented by the Russia, the bidirectional communication model represented by the USA,and the intersection communication model represented by Taiwan of China.To draw lessons from them,the mainland of China should improve the levels of higher vocational educa. tion,establish higher vocational education system in parallel with general higher education and strengthen the linkage be. tween the two systems;set up the transition courses so as to promote the practical communication and linkage between two.
