摘要
本分析了奥里油的油品特性,对开发的奥里油喷嘴进行了冷态雾化试验研究,然后在电站锅炉进行了奥里油的燃烧试验。试验结果表明,只要燃烧器和喷嘴设计合理,奥里油可以达到较高的燃烧水平,锅炉的燃烧效率较高、但锅炉的积灰比较严重,排烟中SO2的含量较高。
Orimulsion is a Bitumen in water emulsion which is produced in Venezuela witha vast reserve. In this paper the characteristics of the emulsion are discussed. In order toburning Orimulsion, a steam-atomizing burner, with high quality atomizing properities, isdeveloped. Depending on the demonstration program of firing Orimulsion in power plantboiler, the combustion Characteristics of Orimulsion are analyzed. When firing Orimulsioninstead, the combustion efficiency of oil-fired-boiler is higher than 99.8%, on the surface ofconvective heaters the fouling is serious, but it can be blowed off easily j also SO2 containedin the flue gas is much higher than residual oil.
