摘要
本文采用小波分析数据处理方法,分别对高速和低速单级轴流压气机旋转失速先兆的发生和发展过程进行了分析,结果发现两台压气机的旋转失速先兆都是由脉冲开始,随之出现频率逐渐阶跃的低频波,当阶跃频率到达失速频率时压气机进入失速。在高速实验台上发现这一现象的出现沿叶片通道方向由后向前延迟。
This paper presents the results of stall inception measurement and its waveletanalysis in a low-speed and a high-speed single-stage axial compressor at different operatingspeeds. The onset of rotating stall was detected by an impulse of pressure signal and a follow up low-frequency wave whose center frequency rises in a step-up manner. The compressorfinally falls into rotating stall when this frequency reaches the level of stall frequency. Thisphenomenon in the high-speed compressor occurs later at the inlet than at the outlet alongthe blade chord.
