摘要
本文论述了矿产资源的特点，我国矿产资源综合开发利用方面取得的成就和存在的问题；阐述了矿产综合开发利用与可持续发展的关系。指出：我国作为一个发展中国家，要实现可持续发展的战略目标，在认识上要纠正“资源无限论”的错误观念，要不断创新，不断将新的科学技术渗透到矿产综合利用的各个领域，提高矿产综合利用的技术水平；重视人才培养，提高整个行业队伍的素质，要突破行业地域界限，完善矿产综合开发利用的技术经济评价指标体系；重视矿产品的深加工；同时还应加强法制、管理、矿产知识的普及教育；重视提高全民族的矿产资源重要性及有限性意识、环境意识和可持续发展意识。
This paper introduces the characteristics of mineral resources in our country,examines into achieved successes and existing weakness in comprehensive utilization of mineral resources,discusses the relationship between comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and sustainable development,points out that we must correct mistaken idea about “mineral resources are infinite”and takes much attention to train ours people about mineral resources are limited and its comprehensive utilization is only way for environmental protection and sustainable development.
