摘要
介绍了新研制的QFZ—22轻便型防突钻机的结构、特点、试验情况及推广应用效果。结果表明,该钻机具有能力强、速度快、能反转、排粉畅、重量轻、操作方便等特点,适宜在煤矿采掘工作面、尤其是地质构造破坏严重的地方实施超前钻孔措施。
This paper described the structure, features, test results and application effect of the newly developed Model QFZ-22 portable drilling machine for outburst control. Test results showed that this drilling machine has the features of powerful drilling, fast speed, reversible rotation, smooth discharge of cuttings, light weight and easy operation, and is suitable for drilling advance boreholes in coal face and heading face, especially in place where geological structure was seriously destroyed.
