摘要
研究了用草酸在不同溶液中漂白高岭土细尾矿的反应动力学。考察了pH 值,温度、浸出液初始浓度等因素对反应的影响。结果表明, pH 值的降低、反应温度和浸出液浓度的提高有利于高岭土中氧化铁的浸出,该反应是草酸根与铁的摩尔比为3∶1 的络合反应,在草酸溶液中铁的溶出符合一级反应动力学。
Dynamics of the reaction of bleaching kaolin fine tailings in defferent solutions by means of oxalic acid was studied. The influence of pH, temperature and initial concentration of lixivium on the reaction was investigated. The results show that the decrease of pH,the increase of temperature and initial concentration of oxalic acid in the solution lead to an increase of leaching iron-oxides in kaolin,this is the complex reaction of iron (as ferric ion Fe 3+ )joined to three oxalate ions. In the oxalic acid, the reaction followed first-order kinetic.
