摘要
该文采用一系列被动式降温策略对华南地区某旧建筑进行改造设计,旨在优化室内热环境并降低建筑能耗,同时也综合考虑如何将建筑技术与空间设计相结合,对我国华南湿热地区的现有建筑改造设计提供参考。为了证明所采用可持续建筑技术的效果,文中使用CFD和Ecotect软件分别对改造前后的建筑所需加热和降温荷载以及不舒适时间进行模拟和测算,通过对比可以发现,室内不舒适小时数在被动式降温策略的作用下减少了三分之一。
This paper draws upon some passive cooling techniques to integrate them into a common multi-purpose building in Southern part of China so as to optimize the indoor thermal environment and reduce building energy consumption.Meanwhile,it also discusses how to combine architecture design and sustainable techniques reasonably.In order to prove that these sustainable design options are effective,CFD and Ecotect software should be used to simulate or calculate the heating and cooling loads,discomfort hours for both of the existing and advanced building.Though comparison it is obviously that the indoor discomfort hours decrease by nearly one third by passive cooling system.
