摘要
目前医院文化已成为规范职工队伍行为、凝聚职工队伍人心、激励职工队伍斗志的有效途径和方法。加强医院文化建设有利于进一步提高医院职工队伍的整体素质。论述医院文化的作用 ,其实质是研究和讨论医院文化理论和实践对提高职工队伍素质的作用。文章力求通过对医院文化理论论述 ,来拓展新形势下医院加强职工队伍建设的新思路、新载体和新手段。
At present construction of hospital culture has become an effective channel and way for standardizing the conduct of workers and staff members and inspiring their fighting will. Strengthening the construction of hospital culture, which can be a strong cohesive force, is conducive to the further enhancement of the overall quality of workers and staff members in hospitals. Discussing the function of hospital culture is in essence studying and discussing the function of the theory and practice of hospital culture in improving the quality of workers and staff members. By expounding the theory of hospital culture, the article tries to find new ways, carriers and means for hospitals to strengthen the construction of the contingent of workers and staff members under the new circumstances.
