摘要
目的 通过对自动洗片机质量管理图的动态分析,了解其变化的原因,以便采取相应的修正,保证胶片冲洗质量的稳定性。方法 取用量最大的胶片,用洗片机质量管理仪进行曝光和扫描,取得监控照片冲洗性能的本底灰雾、感度指数、对比度指数等3个参数,并绘制成周期动态管理图,再对4个月的连续监控管理图进行分析。结果 (1)在严格按照管理程序控制下,以上3个参数均处于管理控制界限内,呈现为正常动态管理图。(2)洗片机监测管理图的动态变化,会因监测时间及频率的不同而异。(3)连续4个月监测中,追踪到了3种管理失控的趋势,并分析出了原因。结论洗片机每日的质量控制只是一种手段,重要的是从动态管理图的走势中分析出可能出现的问题,以便及时修正,真正达到质量控制的目的,即取得高质量的稳定的影像效果。
Objective Toensurethestabilityoffilmprocessqualitybydoingcorrespondingcorrection afterdynamicallyanalyzingtheautomaticprocessorqualitycontrolchart.Methods Thefilmwhichwasmost frequentlyusedwasselectedtobethetestfilmfortheprocessorqualitycontrolmonitorincludingasensitometerand adensitometer.Threeparametersoftheprocessingsystemweremeasuredandevaluatedbyprocessormonitoring tests,whichwerespeedindex ,contrastindexandbase fog ,whichwereplottedonagraphcalledautomatic processorqualitycontrolchart.ThenwecontinuouslyanalyzedtheQCchartforaboutfourmonths.Results ( 1) Underthestrictcontrolaccordingtothemanageprogram ,allofthethreeparameterswereinthelimitsof acceptability .ItshowedthenormalQCchart.( 2 )ThedynamicalchangesoftheQCchart,wouldbedifferentby changingthetesttimeandfrequency .( 3 )Duringthecontinuedmeasurementoffourmonths,thereappearedthree trendsindicatingthelossofcontrol,andwefoundhowthesetrendsappeared .Conclusion Thedailyprocessor qualitycontrolisjustamethod .Importantlymore ,wecanfindtheproblemsappearingafteranalyzingthetrendof theQCchart,andsolvetheproblemsintimeandachieveourpurposeinqualitycontrol togetahighqualityand steadyimage .
