摘要
将夏季高温环境下选择的384 只21 日龄健康Arbor Acres 商品肉仔鸡,平均分成8 组,每组3 个重复,采用3 ×2 因子设计( 核黄素:2 .2 mg/kg 、14 .4 mg/kg ;维生素E:10 mg/kg 、100mg/kg ;维生素C:0 、250 mg/kg) ,试验5 周。结果表明,在高温环境下添加核黄素( 维生素B2) 、维生素E 和维生素C 可改善肉鸡的生产性能。日粮中添加维生素E、维生素C 和核黄素均能显著降低肉鸡体内的硫代巴比妥酸反应物水平,而且维生素E 和维生素C,以及维生素E、维生素C 和核黄素在降低肉鸡体内的脂质过氧化水平上具有显著的相互作用。
Three hundred and eighty four broilers at the age of 3 weeks raised in summer were equally divided into 8 group with 3 repeat,each and 3×2 factorial design was adopted (riboflavin 2.2 or 14.4 mg/kg,VE 10 or 100mg/kg,and VC 0 or 250mg/kg).It was found that supplementation of riboflavin,or VE or VC in high ambient temperature improved performance of broiler numerically ,however,no interaction effect was found.Lipid peroxidition in liver and plasma of broilers were significantly decreased by Riboflavin,VE or VC,and there were significant interaction between VE and VC,VE and VC and riboflavin.
