摘要
中亚热带天然阔叶林是中亚热带地区森林资源的主要组成部分(占林分面积的1/3、蓄积的1/2);在维护区域生态平衡及促进区域社会经济发展中具有十分重要的、不可替代的作用;但当前在景观和林分水平上均处于不可持续状态,急需实施可持续经营.中亚热带天然阔叶林景观水平可持续经营的重点是严格控制天然阔叶林的转型(即转成人工林),以保持现有天然阔叶林面积及分布格局;林分水平可持续经营需在景观水平可持续经营要求下进行,要求长期保持林分健康、活力、更新能力及生产力,保持生物多样性,重点是提高现有天然阔叶林分单位面积蓄积量,提高其生产力.
The natural broad leaved forest is the main component of forest resource in the mid subtropical zone (about 1/3 in area and 1/2 in volume), which has important and no substitutive functions in maintaining regional ecological balance and improving regional social and economic development It is at unsustainable situation now not only in landscape level but also in stand level, and is urgent to implement sustainable forest management The key step of sustainable management of natural broad leaved forest in the mid subtropical zone in landscape level is to control seriously the changing of natural broad leaved forest (transforming into man mad forest), so as to keep the current areas and distribution patterns Sustainable management of natural broad leaved forest in the mid subtropical zone in stand level should be taken under the demands of landscape level, which should keep the health, vitality, regenerative ability, productivity and biodiversity of stand in long term; and the key step is to improve the stand volume per unit and stand productivity
