摘要
作为证券市场上最主要和最重要的金融机构, 券商扮演着重要角色, 发挥着重要作用,其功能的充分、有效发挥要求稳定、有效、充足的资金来源。我国券商融资渠道一直比较缺乏,严重制约了我国券商和证券市场的健康发展。《证券法》的出台不仅对我国券商融资渠道进行了规范, 而且指明和确定了拓展券商融资渠道的指导原则和长远规划。现阶段我们可以通过增资扩股、允许券商进行银行间同业拆借市场和银行间国债回购市场、允许券商以自营证券作质押向商业银行申请质押贷款。
As the most a chief and the most important financial institution in the stock market,stock exchanges firms play a very important part.The full play of the functions of stock exchanges firms requires a stable,effcetive and sufficient source capital.It has always been deficient in the financing channels for the stock exchange firms,which seriously restrains the healthily development of the stock exchange firms and the stock market in country.The publication of The Securities Law not only standardizes the financing channels of the stock exchange firms,but also points out and determines the guiding principles and long-term plans expanding the financing channels of the stock exchange firms.At present,we can expand the he financing channels of the stock exchange firms by insreasing capital,allowing the stock exchange firms to enter the market of banks call loan and the national debt repurchase market,allowing the stock exchange firms to apply for the mortgaged loans to the commercial banks with their secutities they are dealing as the security.Moreover,the restructuring and acquisition of the security exchange firms should also proactively carried out.
