湿度感应花盆的制作工艺研究

摘要 本文制作了多层结构的湿度感应花盆,可以通过花盆上图画的变化提醒养花人浇水,并愉悦浇花人的心情。实验研究了印刷丝网种类和目数,遇水变透明油墨的种类,遇水变透明油墨、胶粘剂和水的配比,滤布目数等对花盆性能的影响,最后研究了本花盆的最佳使用温度。结果表明:本花盆实用性强,变色反应时间较短,经久耐用,且制作过程简单,成本低廉。 A flowerpot is produced, which is multi-layered and can sense humidity. The flowerpot can remind people watering by changes of pictures on the flowerpot. Influence of conditions on performance of pets is studied by experiments. The conditions include types and mesh of printing screen, types of ink which becomes transparent when contact water, ratio of ink, adhesive and water, mesh of filter cloth. At last, the best using temperature is investigated. Results show the flowerpot is practical, reliable and long-lasting, easy to make and low cost. Its discoloration time is very short.
