跟骨内固定法治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床效果分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的对采用根骨内固定法对患有粉碎性跟骨骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行分析观察。方法抽取64例粉碎性跟骨骨折的患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组32例。分别采用临床传统手术方式和根骨内固定技术进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、并发症和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果 B组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于A组患者;该组患者的平均手术时间和平均住院时间均明显少于A组患者;两组患者在治疗的过程中,均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象。结论采用根骨内固定法对患有粉碎性跟骨骨折的患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显。
