利用磺化邻苯二甲酸镁盐进行无铵脱灰的技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用磺化邻苯二甲酸镁盐为主要组分的无氨氮脱灰剂(商品名称为DA)进行皮革脱灰应用实验研究,以脱灰浴液pH变化、氨氮含量、COD以及脱灰速度等为指标,考察了DA的脱灰性能。实验结果表明:该脱灰剂脱灰作用温和,pH缓冲性能良好,能够有效去除灰皮中的钙,脱灰废液中总氨氮仅为常规硫酸铵脱灰的3.3%,且脱灰后坯革粒面细致,是一种性能良好的不含氨氮的脱灰剂,可应用于制革清洁化生产中,有利于制革工业的节能减排。 The non-ammonium deliming agent (commodity name is DA) was useu in the deliming process, whose main ingredient is sulfonated phthalic magnesium salt. The deliming properties of DA was determined with the indicators, such as the change of pH, content of NH4--N, COD of deliming float, deliming speed, etc. The results showed that DA had a mild deliming ability, excellent buffering and calcium removal performance; the total nitrogen content of deliming float was 3.3 % of the conventional deliming process and the delimed crust had a fine smooth grain. Therefore it can be used in the clean leather manufacture, and it will benefit the energy saving and emission reduction of leather industry.
