摘要
通过分析已实施的工程运行情况,总结了玻璃窑烟气采用湿法净化系统存在的一些问题:一是高温腐蚀非常严重,二是结垢堵塞严重,再就是水处理系统的冷热水分层问题。供类似工程的方案设计参考。
It is summed up the problems of dealing with the gas from glass kilns by using wet flue gas cleaning system under the actual operation situation.First of all,there is a terrible temperature corrosion.Secondly,the scaling will cause a serious clogging.Thirdly,the water treatment system may have problems with hot and cold water stratification.Which may proviole some experience for the scheme design of similar works.
