腔静脉直径与临时滤器植入后静脉内膜增生的相关性分析 被引量：4

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓形成的标准治疗是抗凝治疗，但是，当存在抗凝治疗禁忌证等情况时可行下腔静脉滤器植入预防肺栓塞发生。然而，这些情况往往是暂时性的，而植入永久滤器可能导致例如深静脉血栓复发，腔静脉损伤等并发症。因此，临时滤器特别是可植入较长时间的临时滤器成为了理想的选择。
