Experimental Study on Fibre Laser Welding of Titanium Alloy TC4

摘要 采用6 kW光纤激光器焊接5 mm厚TC4钛合金,试验研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,分析了焊接接头微观组织和硬度,测试了室温下焊缝的力学性能。研究结果表明:光纤激光焊接5 mm厚钛合金,能够得到成形良好、无裂纹和气孔的焊接接头。接头各区域的显微硬度均高于母材,焊缝抗拉强度与母材相当。 A fibre laser was used to weld titanium alloy TC4 with a thickness of 5mm.The effect of parameters on weld profiles,weld microstructure and joint mechanical properties was studied experimentally.The results show that weld free of cracks and pores can be obtained.It is found that the micro-hardness of the weld is higher than that of the substrate and the tensile strength is equivalence to that of the substrate.
