摘要
目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法：采用中药内服、外用结合正脊手法的中医综合疗法治疗74例腰椎间盘突出症患者,2周为1疗程,疗程结束后按治愈、好转、未愈进行疗效评定.结果：治愈19例,好转51例,未愈4例,总有效率为94.6%.结论：中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有方法简便、疗效高、安全、费用低等特点,值得临床推广应用.
Objective：Observation of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical cura- tive effect. Methods：The herbal internal and external use,with the technique is ridge traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy in patients with 74 cases of lumbar disc herniation, 2 weeks for a period of treatment, after the course according to heal, improvement rate, the clinical efficacy evalua- tion. Results：19 cases were cured,better 51 cases, satisfactory in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 94. 6%. Conclusion： Treatrnent of lumbar disc herniation of traditional Chinese medicine has the method is simple, high curative effect, safety, cost low characteristic, it is worthy of clinical application.
