摘要
目前各地市电网企业现有视频监控系统,在建设初期没有可以遵循的建设标准使系统独立运行,无法联网,不能满足当前电力生产对跨区域调阅视频信息的需求。而视频联网首先需要解决统一呼叫信令和统一视频编码标准问题,且国家电网公司也正在制定《电网视频监控系统及接口》企业标准以解决联网问题。文章结合当前电力企业的实际情况给出了视频联网的建设方案。
Currently most of video monitoring systems built by local power grid corporations are running independently and cannot be interconnected. The reason is that there were no ready standards or criterions that can be followed at the initial stage. Today these individual monitoring systems cannot meet the need of browsing video streams at multidistrict in electric power production. The first thing to connect these individual systems is to unify call commands and video coding standards, and the State Grid is drafting corporation standard of 〈Power grid video monitoring system and interface〉. Based on the actual situation of power companies nowadays, this article put forward a proposal of interconnecting these different video systems.
