摘要
新课程改革是我国教育领域的一场深刻变革,它给高等师范院校素质教育和人才培养创造了机遇,同时也提出了挑战。本文以新课程背景下,高师院校师范专业技能体系重构中,需要采取的方法与策略进行了理性探讨。以师范专业技能体系的新课程适应性调研为依托,补充与完善师范专业技能体系,通过实践检验与反馈评价,最终形成与新课程相适应的系统化、专业化的新型师范专业技能体系,为实现新课程改革与高校师范生培养之间的无缝对接提供依据。
New Curriculum which creates an opportunity and provides a challenge for high quality education training in normal university is a unprecedented innovation in China education.Strategies are considered about teacher education technique rebuilding under the background of new curriculum.Systematic and specialized teacher education skill system is restructured by investigating,consummating,practicing and evaluating,which supplies the foundation to the perfect connection between new curriculum in the middle school and teacher education skills training in the normal university.
