摘要
学前教育是终身学习的开端,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。近年来,我国对幼儿园教育的重视程度日趋加强,先后颁布了一系列的法律法规,其中,对幼儿师资的培养问题一直都是关注的焦点。笔者通过对近十年来有关幼儿教师的继续教育的历史文献研究发现,我国研究者主要是从幼儿教师继续教育现状,幼儿教师继续教育的方式及改进幼儿教师继续教育的对策这几个方面来分析的。
Preschool is the beginning of lifelong learning,and an importmant part of the national education system.In recent years,China has increasingly strengthened the kindergarten education,and declared a serives of laws and regulations, of which the education of kindergarten teachers is always the focus.This paper find that, throuch the recent ten years of the research of the history of kindergarten teachers continuing education,the reseachers mainly do their analyses from the aspects of the conditions, the ways and the measures on how to improve kindergarten teachers continuing education.
