摘要
区域物流资源整合,实质是区域物流资源拥有者之间的交易,利益的驱动才使交易成为可能,利益的存在是区域物流资源整合的原动力。体制改革促进突破行政区划整合物流资源的动力形成,地方政府服务创新吸引企业参与区域物流资源整合,企业资源整合模式创新促进区域物流资源整合形成合力,区域利益均衡创新机制确保区域物流资源整合可持续发展。
The integration of regional logistic resources is essentially the transaction between the owners of regional logistic resources and the interests make the transaction possible. So the existence of interests is the driv- ing force of integration of regional logistic resources. The reform on the systems has promoted the formation of power which breaks the barriers between the administrative districts in the integration of regional logistic re- sources. The service innovation in local governments has attracted the enterprises to participate in the integration of regional logistic resources, the innovation of enterprises resource integration modes has promoted the formation of joined force in the integration of regional logistics, and the innovation mechanism of balancing regional interests has ensured the sustainable development in the integration of regional logistic resources.
