海南省三甲医院女性医护人员疲劳现况调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解海南省三甲医院女性医护人员疲劳现况及其影响因素,为预防慢性疲劳综合症(CFS),甚至预防"过劳死"提供科学的依据。方法采用自制的一般情况调查表和疲劳量表-14对海南省三家三甲医院共952名女性医护人员进行横断面调查。结果①疲劳量表-14总平均得分为(7.92±2.98)分,有21.6%的女性医护人员感到疲劳。医护间躯体疲劳得分、脑力疲劳得分、疲劳总得分值差别无统计学意义。有81.9%的人每周值两次以上的夜班,不同夜班情况间脑力疲劳得分(t=-2.547,P=0.011)和疲劳总得分值差别有统计学意义(t=-2.255,P=0.024)。②多元线性回归分析影响医护人员躯体疲劳的因素有工作单位、经常不吃早餐、饮食规律、患病情况。影响医护人员脑力疲劳的因素有工作单位、每周值夜班≥2次、患病情况和身体自我感觉情况。结论影响女性医护人员疲劳的因素是多方面的,应采用综合措施进行预防。 Objective To determine the prevalence and influence factors of fatigue of medical staff from 3A-hospitals in Hainan, to provide scientific evidence for prevention of CFS and "Korlaoshi". Methods 952 female doctors and nurses from three 3A-hospitals in Hainan were selected for the section-cross study. All subjects were assessed by Fatigue Scale 14 (FS-14) and a self-administered questionnaire for general information. Results ①The mean score of FS-14 was (7.92 ± 2.98). The prevalence of fatigue was 21.6%. No statistics difference between health care in physical fatigue, mental fatigue, fatigue score value. There was 81.9% people on duty more than two night shift weekly, night shift between different mental fatigue score ( t = -2.547, P =0.011 ) and fatigue scores the difference was significant (t = - 2.255, P = 0.024). ②The influence factors of fatigue were analyzed by multiple linear regression method, physical fatigue factors affecting were hospital of working, frequently without breakfast, irregularly food habits, prevalence. Mental fatigue factors affecting were hospital of working, night-shift working of two times a week and over, prevalence and physical self feeling. Conclusion The influence factors of fatigue of female doctors and nurses were omnifarious. Therefore, comprehensive measures should be taken to prevent fatigue.
