摘要
发展了一个国际技术扩散的理论框架来对我国的地区差距及应采取的空间政策加以探讨,认为国际技术扩散的地域效果是我国地区差距的主要成因,进而认为,我国适宜的空间政策应是促进人口和工业进一步向东部沿海地区聚集。
This paper establishes a theoretical framework of international technology diffusion for the discussion of China＇s regional gaps and spatial policies supposed to take,holding that the geographic effects of international technology diffusion is the main reason resulting in China＇s regional gaps,thus proper spatial policy in China should be the one that can enable population and industry to further gather in the eastern coast areas.
