摘要
目的了解临床护士对血标本质量控制知识的掌握程度。方法自行设计血标本质量控制知识调查表,对本院176名临床护士进行调查。结果护士掌握血标本质量控制知识欠佳,仅11.93%护士通过继续教育获取血标本质量控制新知识。结论临床护士的血标本质量控制知识掌握情况不乐观,需开展多途径相关知识培训及各部门间合作,提高临床护士的知识水平。
Objective To study the cognitive level of quality control on blood samples for clinical nurses. Method In- vestigate 176 nurses in this hospital by self--designed questionnaire on quality control of blood samples. Result Cognitive level of quality control on blood samples for nurses is not satisfying. Only 11. 93% of them acquire update knowledge on quality control of blood samples through continuing education. Conclusion Cognitive condition on quality control of blood samples for clinical nurses is not satisfying. Training on related knowledge through various ways and cooperation between all departments should be developed to improve clinical nurses cognitive level.
