摘要
目的观察心理技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会适应能力的影响。方法将80例慢性精神分裂症患者按入院先后分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均接受抗精神病药物治疗和精神科常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行心理技能训练。分别在入院时、出院前用社会功能缺陷筛选量表及护士用住院患者观察量表对患者进行测评。结果两组患者入院时测评比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时测评比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理技能训练有助于提高精神分裂症患者的社会适应能力。
Objective To observe the effect of mental skill training on social adaptability for chronic schizophrenia. Method Divide 80 patients with schizophrenia into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalizing order. All of the patients receive treatment by antipsychotic drugs and routine psychiatrical nursing care. Patients in obser- vation group receive mental skill training based on the therapy above. Assess the patients in two groups by Social Dysfunc- tion Screening Scale （SDSS） and Nurseg Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） at admission and discharge. Result There is significant difference on the assessment between two groups at discharge （P〈0. 05）. But there is no sig- nificant difference between two groups at admission （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mental skill training can improve the social a- daptability for chronic schizophrenia.
