摘要
近两年中国三大球战绩全面下滑,研究表明影响三大球溃败的原因主要有五个方面:第一,当今社会对人才需求的影响;第二,专业人才现状惨淡;第三,急功近利,长期不重视基层人才选拔与培养;第四,奥运战略的影响;第五,联赛职业化程度太低,质量太差。三大球的发展需要新思维:完善联赛体制,对于市场化程度不高的项目应走"体教结合"模式,进行项目调整,激励各地官员重视三大球人才培养。
