摘要
个性化就业指导是根据学生个性差异进行因人而异的就业指导。个性化就业指导应坚持以人为本、生涯教育和人职匹配的指导理念,并积极探索指导的主要内容和途径方法,实现个性化就业指导的全程化、科学化和全面化。
Personalized career guidance is mainly based on individual differences of students. The guiding ideology of personalized career guidance should be people-oriented and advocating lifelong career education.Vocation match with person is also important in personalized career guidance.Actively exploring the methods and content of personalized career guidance can improve the personalize career guidance more scientific and comprehensive.
