摘要
结合多年来的公路建设和运营经验,针对建设和养护分割给养护工作带来的困难及不利影响这一问题,提出以遵循建养统筹规划的理念进行设计施工优化,并从桥涵工程、隧道工程、节能环保、附属设施等四个方面对建养统筹规划的一些要点进行探讨,对广大公路建设管理者的建养工作有一定参考价值。
Based on years of experience in expressway construction and operation,the paper puts forward an concept to optimize the design and consturction with overall consideration of the building and maintenances aiming to the difficulty and negative influence caused by the isolation of building and maintenance.Key points were discussed from four aspects including the bridge construction,tunnel construction,energy saving and affiliated facilities,which can be consulted by road construction managers.
