The Research and Prospect on Application of Grapheme

摘要 石墨烯是一种只有一个原子厚的结晶体,具有超薄、超坚固和超强导电性等特性,其优异的电学、热学和力学性能,在一些新领域具有重要的开发应用价值,通过对其结构和性质特点的研究,概述了石墨烯在材料及电子工程等方面的应用,展望其未来发展前景。 Graphene is a kind of the crystals with the thick of only one atom.It has important development application value in some new area for its ultra-thin,super strong and super conductive properties,such as its excellent electrical,thermal and mechanical properties.By studying the characteristics of the structure and properties,summarized the applications in electronic engineering and material of grapheme.Finally,the developments of grapheme in future are prospected.
