摘要
利用SERS研究了4-氰基吡啶(4-cyanopyridine,或4cp)在粗糙金电极上的吸附和还原反应。与固体的常规拉曼光谱相比,SERS谱的频率和强度都发生了变化。电化学实验表明4cp从-0.3 V起开始还原。从SERS谱中很强的-CN振动模式我们判断在文中设定的浓度下4cp是以吡啶环上的氮原子垂直吸附在电极表面的,我们还检测到了4cp的最终还原产物吡啶和自由的CN-。
The adsorption and reduction reaction of 4-cyanopyridine(4cp) on the roughened Au electrode surface were studied by SERS.The SERS spectrum of 4cp exhibits noticeable changes in both frequencies and relative intensities in comparison with the normal Raman spectrum of solid 4cp.Electrochemical experiments instruct reduction reaction started from-0.3 V on.From the very strong vibration band of-CN in the SERS we concluded that 4cp were bound to the electrode surface through N atom of the pyridine ring in an "end-on" orientation here.Characteristic Raman bands of the final reduction product of 4cp,pyridine and free cyanide ion(CN-),were detected.
