摘要
介绍了开关磁阻电机(SRM)常用控制器的优劣点,结合各控制器特点,设计了一种基于数字信号处理器与现场可编程门阵列的全数字SRM控制系统,阐述了控制系统的结构以及流水线设计等优化方案。通过对实际三相12/8结构开关磁阻电机的控制,试验结果表明,该控制系统软硬件设计合理,满足了电机复杂算法的应用要求,具有较好的实时性和动态性能。
Introduction was made to advantages and disadvantages of commonly used controller SRM. This paper designed a kind of total digital SRM control system based on a digital signal processor and a field programmable gate array, describing the control system's structure and flow line design etc optimization design plans. Through control of actual three-phase 12/8 structure SRM, test results show that the control system's software and hardware design are reasonable, meeting application requirements of motor complicated algorithm with better dynamic performance in real time.
