摘要
通过选择具有代表性且立地条件相似的竹林设置固定标准地和于不同毛竹林内随机采挖竹笋,并测量竹笋毛重、长度、粗度以及剥壳后竹笋可食部分长度、重量等的方法,对毛竹春笋产量的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:毛竹春笋平均笋长75.7 cm,平均笋地径13.0 cm,平均笋净重1.65 kg,可食率为44.16%;影响竹笋产量的因素中笋个数和笋毛重是最重要的因素,而采笋时间对竹笋产量影响不显著,笋地径和采挖高度对竹笋毛重和净重有显著影响,拟合线性回归模型为y=0.011h+0.163d-1.285。
Factors affecting yield of bamboo shoot was studied in this paper.The methods were used that the fixed sample plots were setted in representative and similarity bamboo forest,the bamboo shoots were digged in different and random bamboo forest and the gross weight、height、ground diameter、edible height、edible weight were measured in this paper.The results show that the average length of bamboo shoot is 75.7 cm,the average ground diameter 13.0 cm,the average net weight 1.65 kg,edible rate 44.16%.The number and weight was the most important influence factors for yield of bamboo shoot,while the digging time had no significant influence on production,the height and ground diameter of bamboo shoot had significant effect on gross weight and net weight of bamboo shoot,fitted linear regression model was y=0.011h+0.163d-1.285.
