摘要
以2005年在福建省顺昌洋口国有林场和官庄国有林场营造的红心杉木单亲子代测定林为试验材料,对红心杉单亲子代生长和材性性状的变异、性状间的相关性、遗传控制等进行了研究。两地点多年度方差分析结果显示:除了年度与家系之间的交互效应没达到显著差异之外,其他互作效应都高度显著。单地点、单年份的方差分析结果表明:洋口试验点4年生子代家系在树高和离地面50 cm处的直径等主要生长性状上存在明显差异;红心材比率在家系间的差异达到了显著水平。性状相关性分析表明:4年生时的红心杉子代生长性状间均呈极显著的正相关关系;红心材比率与树高、D0.5呈极显著的正相关关系。对红心杉单亲子代优良遗传型进行选择,选出生长、材性兼优的优良家系8个。
The research materials of Chinese fir half-sib families were using the plant in the Yangkou State Forest Farm,and Guan-zhuang State Forest Farm of Fujian Province in 2005 respectively.The growth,wood properties variation correlation between traits and genetic control of red-colored heartwood of Chinese fir half-sib families were tested.The results of variance analysis in research of two farms in several years showed that: in addition to the annual and the interaction effect between family did not reach significant difference,other interaction effects are highly significant.The results of variance analysis in research of each farm in single year showed that: there is significant difference in characteristics of height and DBH in 50cm above the ground of 4 years old open-pollinated family in Yangkou State Forest Farm,and significant difference in the ratio of red-colored heartwood with other Chinese fir families.The correlative analysis on characteristics showed that: the remarkable positive correlation were existed between the red-colored hear-wood ratio and the growth traits at the fourth years The ratio of of red-colored heartwood was significant positive correlation with height and D0.5.There were 8 superior families and 14 superior individuals with good performance in growth and wood property were selected.
