摘要 通过典型病例探讨单克隆免疫球蛋白血症患者样本中M蛋白干扰临床化学分析的机制。选取典型的IgA型M蛋白干扰病例1例与既往不同类型M蛋白干扰病例1例比较分析,探讨干扰产生的原因。结果显示:不同类型M蛋白产生干扰的条件有所差异,临床实验室常规方法无法完全消除此干扰现象。结论:在临床化学实验室工作中,尤其是检测患有单克隆免疫球蛋白血症患者的血清时,M蛋白干扰现象较为普遍且无法完全避免,应该引起检验工作者的注意。 To investigate the possible interference mechanism of M proteins in serum on clinical chemistry determination by through analyzing typical cases.The cause of the interference was studying on comparing the typical IgA type M protein case and other different type M protein cases.The results showed that the generation condition of interference by different type M proteins were discrepancy.The routine method of clinical laboratory cannot completely avoid this interference phenomenon.The interference by M protein was more universal and cannot be completely avoid in our clinical laboratory work,especially testing the serum from patient with monoclonal immunoglobulinopathy.It suggests that laboratory staff should value the phenomenon in daily work.
