摘要
为了实现燃气轮机铸件的国产化,攻克燃气轮机铸件的技术难点对其径向轴承壳体铸件的铸造工艺进行了研究。结果表明:通过采用过滤网底注式浇注系统,使充型平稳且浮渣减少,稳定和提高产品质量,铸件通过了100%超声波检测和100%磁粉检测的技术要求。
In order to realize the manufacture of the gas turbine castings in china and master the key technology in production, the casting process for the bearing case body of gas turbine was studied. The results show that useing the filter-bottom-pouring system can make the filling calm and reduce the slag and stabilize as well as improve the casting quality, the castings accord with the Siemens standard DGTLV-411172002, through 100% UT and 100% MT.
