直线型变压器磁芯伏秒特性与层间绝缘关系 被引量:2

Relation between voltage-second character and interlayer insulation of magnetic core for linear transformer driver

摘要 理论分析表明,磁芯的层间电压与带材厚度、带材宽度、加载在磁芯两端的工作电压成正比,与磁芯的有效截面积成反比。实验研究表明磁芯在处理过程中自然形成的氧化膜的耐压能力可以达到3.0~3.6V。当层间电压大于磁芯层间所能承受的最大电压时,负载上输出波形将出现拐点,导致磁芯的磁感应强度利用率不能达到设计值。在实际应用中,可以通过减小带材宽度等方法,控制磁芯层间电压在3V以内,从而提高加载在磁芯两端的工作电压,充分利用磁芯磁感应增量至其最大值。 The theoretical analysis shows that the interlayer voltage of magnetic core is directly proportional to the tape thickness and width along with the working voltage of magnetic core,while inversely proportional to the effective cross-sectional area of magnetic core.The experiments show that the oxide film naturally formed in processing of magnetic core can withstand voltage of 3.0 to 3.6 V.If the interlayer voltage exceeds the withstand voltage,an inflection point will appear on the load waveform and thus the flux swing will fail to reach the design value.In practical situations,reducing the tape width and keeping the interlayer voltage under 3 V can improve the working voltage and make fuller use of the flux swing.
