摘要
沿电源线传导的瞬态干扰对汽车防抱死系统(ABS)控制器的影响非常严重。此处首先为ABS控制器电源前端电路设计Butter-worth型低通滤波器,再采用Norton变换对所设计的滤波器进行端口阻抗变换,并加入辅助抗干扰措施,完成ABS控制器电源前端滤波与保护电路。最后采用Multisim11软件搭建干扰信号发生器完成仿真,仿真结果表明电源前端电路可有效滤除沿电源线传导的峰值电压达600 V的低频干扰和峰值电压达200 V的中高频瞬态干扰,保证ABS控制器稳定正常工作。
It's very serious that the electrical transient conduction along supply lines influences on ABS controller. Firstly, a Butter-worth low pass filter in front of power is designed according to the ABS controller's requirement. Then, the impedance transformation for this filter is proceeded with the Norton transformation and some auxiliary antiinterference measures are added to complete the filtering and protecting cireuit.Finally,the disturbance signal generator is built by the Muhisimll.The Simulation results show clearly that the power front circuit can efectively filter low frequency electrical transient conduction along supply lines with the peak voltage up to 600 V and the high frequency transient disturbance with the peak voltage up to 200 V, ensuring the ABS controller working normally and stably.
