摘要
针对负荷频率控制的非线性、参数的不确定和纯迟延特性等问题,结合模糊控制技术和神经网络控制技术的优点,提出一种神经网络自组织模糊控制算法。该算法应用于电力系统频率控制中的仿真研究表明,该控制方案表现出良好的控制品质并能适应被控对象参数的变化,提高了系统稳态精度和动态性能。
Aiming at the nonlinearity,parameter uncertainty and pure time-delay characteristic of load frequency control,a neural network and self-structuring fuzzy control algorithm is presented based on the advantage of fuzzy control technology and neural network control technology in the paper.Simulation results using the algorithm for the frequency control of power system show that this method can adapt the parameter changes of the object and has perfect control performance.The static precise and dynamic performance of the system is improved.
