摘要
根据分布式光纤温度传感器的测温特性和温度计量校准要求,对分布式光纤温度传感器的空间分辨率和测温准确性进行了试验研究。通过选取不同校准基准点、不同光纤环长度和不同光纤的位置设计试验,分析了分布式光纤温度传感器不同的测温曲线和测温误差,提出了一种提高分布式光纤温度传感器测温精度的校准方法。试验表明,该方法测温稳定性好,误差满足精度要求。
In accordance with the characteristics of temperature measnrement of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor, and the calibration requirement of temperature metering, the spatial resolution and precision of temperature measurement are studied by experiments. The experiments are designed under diffet'ent calibrating benchmark, different length of optical fiber ring, and different optical fiber position; and different temperature measuring curve, and measurement error of the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor are analyzed. Thus the calibration method that enhances the accuracy of temperature measurement is proposed. The experiment shows that the method of testing temperature features stable performance and satisfies the accuracy requirement.
