卵巢原发软骨瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,25岁.因孕40＋2周,下腹坠痛1d入院待产.8个月前患者停经37 d,自测尿妊娠试验弱阳性,7个月前（停经60余天）在外院经超声检查确诊为早期宫内妊娠,其后常规孕检正常.本次入院后常规及彩超等产前检查未见特殊.既往身体健康,无家族及遗传病史.术前诊断孕2产0,孕40＋2周,相对头盆不称.于2011年4月18日行新式剖宫产术.术中见右侧卵巢一质硬肿物,大小约1.5 cm×l.5 cm,呈分叶状突出于卵巢表面,表面光滑,与周围组织无粘连.附件未见异常.将肿物切除送病理.
