摘要
住房问题是近年来高校人才引进工作中经常出现的问题,住房条件的改善是关系到地方高校青年教师安心工作的重要因素。文章以桂林电子科技大学为例,分析了地方高校青年教师周转房供求现状、青年教师住房所面临的困境和地方高校青年教师周转房管理中存在的问题,并结合桂林电子科技大学的实际情况,提出周转房管理的改进措施、对策和建议。
Housing problem was one of the recurrent problems in the talent introduction of colleges and universities in recent years, and the improvement of housing condition was an important factor that related to the local young teachers focusing on their work. Guilin University of Electronic Technology was taken as an example, and the turnover house supply and demand situation, housing dilemmas and the problems existing in the management of the local young teachers were analyzed. The improvement measures, countermeasures and suggestions of turnover house management were proposed from the actual condition of Guilin University of Electronic Technology. And consequently, the housing problem of young teachers is thereby properly solved.
